1. Who we are

This website, webfynd.com, is run by Webfynd Digital Private Limited (“Webfynd”, “we”, “us”), Pascos, 90B, 91 Springboard, Gyan Marg, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122015, India. We are the data fiduciary (data controller) for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Enquiries and contact forms: your name, email, phone number, company, city, the service you are interested in, your budget, your message and whether you would like updates from us.
Plans and pricing form: your name, email, mobile number and city.
Purchases and subscriptions: your name, email, mobile number, industry, the plan you choose, and the date and time you accepted our terms. If you ask for a GST invoice in your company’s name, your company name, GSTIN and state.
Course registrations and applications: your name, email, phone, city, role, experience level, laptop configuration, chosen batch, goals and how you heard about us.
Strategy calls and support: the time you book, and anything you tell us in a support chat, ticket, email or call.
Accounts you connect or share with us: when you give us access to your Facebook page, Instagram account, Meta ad account, website, Google Search Console, Google Analytics or Google Business Profile, we see the information in those accounts that is needed to run your campaigns or SEO, such as page details, ad performance, and leads that come in through your ad forms.

Information collected automatically

Essential cookies and storage: to remember your cookie choice and whether you have unlocked our plans page.
Analytics: only if you click “Accept all”, Google Analytics records how pages are used, with IP addresses anonymised.
Security data: your IP address and browser details, used to prevent spam and abuse (for example, limiting repeated form submissions) and kept with your acceptance of our terms as a record of consent.

We do not collect card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.

3. How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, call you back and send you the information you asked for.
To deliver the services you buy: run your ads, carry out SEO work, build your website or teach your course.
To take payments, send GST invoices and keep accounting and tax records required by law.
To book and remind you of calls, and to provide support.
To send you marketing updates, only if you ticked the box to receive them. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
To improve our website and services, using analytics only if you have allowed it.
To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and spam.

We rely on your consent (which you give when you submit a form, accept our terms or accept analytics cookies), on what is needed to perform a contract with you, and on our legal obligations, such as keeping tax records. You can withdraw consent at any time, as explained in section 7.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business, under their own privacy and security terms:

Google: website hosting (Google Cloud, Mumbai region), email, calendar, spreadsheets for managing enquiries, reCAPTCHA spam protection, and Google Analytics if you allow it.
Razorpay: to process payments and subscriptions.
Meta Platforms: when we run Facebook and Instagram ads for you, through the access you grant from your own Meta Business account.
Our team and contractors: who work on your account, under confidentiality obligations.
Authorities: where the law requires it, for example tax authorities or in response to a valid legal request.

5. Facebook, Instagram and Meta data

If you connect or share your Facebook page, Instagram account or Meta ad account with us, we use that access only to create, run and report on the campaigns you have asked for, and to pass on the leads your ads generate. We do not use your page or ad data for any other purpose, sell it, or share it with anyone other than you.

You can remove our access at any time from your Meta Business settings. To ask us to delete data we hold from your Meta accounts, see section 7.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries from people who do not become clients: up to 24 months, then deleted.
Client and account data: for as long as we work together, then up to 24 months.
Invoices, payment and tax records: 8 years, as required by Indian tax law.
Data from connected Meta or Google accounts: deleted or our access removed within 30 days of the service ending or your request.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
correct or update it;
delete it, unless we must keep it by law;
stop using it for any purpose you previously consented to;
name someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Visitors in the United Kingdom and European Union also have the right to data portability and to object to processing, and may complain to their local data protection authority. Residents of California may ask what personal information we hold and ask us to delete it; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

How to make a request, including data deletion: email marketing@webfynd.com with the subject “Data request”, from the email address you used with us, saying what you would like us to do. We confirm within 7 days and complete the request within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage that the site needs to work, such as remembering your cookie choice and whether you have unlocked our plans page. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics are set only if you click “Accept all” on our cookie banner. We do not set advertising cookies. To change your choice, clear this site’s cookies in your browser and the banner will appear again.

9. Security

The website is served only over HTTPS. Passwords and keys are kept in Google Cloud Secret Manager, access to client accounts is granted through your own accounts rather than shared passwords, and access to personal data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

10. Where your data is stored

Our website runs in India (Google Cloud, Mumbai). Some of our service providers, such as Google and Meta, may process data in other countries, under safeguards those providers maintain.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell clients by email about significant changes.
