Is the ad budget really included?
Yes. 80% of the price is spent on your ads and 20% is our fee for running them. You will not get a separate bill from Meta.
How sure is the lead estimate?
It is an estimate, not a promise. It assumes about ₹70 per lead, which is typical for many local businesses. Your real number depends on your industry, city, offer and how quickly you follow up.
Do you work with D2C and ecommerce brands?
These packages are built for lead generation. If you sell online and want sales rather than enquiries, talk to us about our performance marketing service instead.
What do I need to start?
A Facebook page, and ideally an Instagram account. If you do not have an ad account yet, we will help you set one up.
How do you get access to my pages?
We send an access request from Webfynd’s Meta Business account. You approve it in your own account, so you never share a password, and you can remove our access whenever you like.
What happens when my package ends?
Your ads stop. You can buy the same package again, or move up to a bigger one.
Do you charge GST?
Yes, 18% GST is added at checkout, and you get a GST invoice by email.

Terms & Conditions
1. Service. Webfynd Digital Private Limited ("Webfynd") will set up and run Facebook and Instagram advertising for you for the package and number of days you select, and share the leads generated through an instant enquiry form.
2. Estimates are not guarantees. Lead figures shown are estimates at roughly ₹70 per lead. Actual results depend on your industry, city, offer, pricing, ad budget and market conditions. Webfynd does not guarantee any number of leads, sales or return on investment.
3. Ad budget. 80% of the package price is ad spend, paid to Meta Platforms on your behalf, and 20% is Webfynd's service fee. Ad spend is committed to Meta once your campaign setup begins and cannot be recovered.
4. No refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable once payment is made and campaign setup begins, including where results are lower than estimated. No refund, credit or extension is given for unused days, unused ad budget, a change of mind, or the quality or quantity of leads.
5. Creatives. Webfynd designs and writes your image and carousel adverts. Videos are not included; you may supply your own videos for use in your campaigns.
6. What we need from you. You must give accurate business details, brand assets or permission to use them, and respond to approval requests within a reasonable time. Delays on your side do not extend the campaign or entitle you to a refund. Your adverts must follow Meta's advertising policies; Webfynd may refuse or stop adverts that do not.
7. Ad approval. Adverts are subject to Meta's review. If Meta rejects an advert, Webfynd will make reasonable efforts to correct and resubmit it, and cannot guarantee approval.
8. Package end. When your selected days end, the adverts stop. You may buy the same package again or upgrade. Nothing renews automatically.
9. Taxes and invoices. Prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. A GST invoice is emailed after payment.
10. Leads and data. Leads belong to you. You are responsible for using lead data lawfully. Webfynd handles information you provide only to deliver the service.
11. Limit of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Webfynd's total liability is limited to the fee paid for the package.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
